AGREED. WITH ALL OF IT. In the last couple years, especially, I've seen quotes from the RE developers about how unique and valued (among fans) the characters are, and they really seem to be focusing on that much more these days than in past years. The fact that Revelations did that while still working in the old school horror genre was so, so rewarding, I can't even explain. ;w; <3
Aha yeaaaaaah, if only. But the next CGI movie is supposed to be out this year, as I said above, so we'll have that! And a friend of mine who doesn't have a 3DS just settled for watching all the Revelations cutscenes via YouTube (some guy combined all of the scenes into six twenty-minute videos, so it pretty much plays like a movie; the only thing it's missing, I imagine, is some of the in-game dialogue), so if you were really interested, there's always that option. |D
Pffff they need to do a GOOD anime series of these games or smth; that usually turns out badly, yeah, but TotA got a mostly-good depiction in its anime, so. Maybe one day.
