Thing is, he had to've taken the bodies from Akatsuki. Because I distinctly remember Zetsu picking up at least Sasori and Itachi's bodies after they died. 8/
Well, see. Orochimaru didn't need the First/Second Hokages' bodies; he used Kin and Zaku as sacrifices, which was what Kabuto must have used those Waterfall guys for; plus, Deidara's body blew up and couldn't be collected, so...
...Resurrection, indeed. Although I could twist this to go with that idea I had a while back about Madara and Orochimaru working together.
And it brings up a question: Who did he use when he tried to bring up the Fourth? Don't remember if they mentioned anyone and it's been a while since that chapter... way back when.
Technically the third coffin didn't get a chance to rise up. And considering who the first and second were, it as assumed that the third one had Minato in it. But there were still three.
