I love Call of Duty. I really, really do. And it's idiots like these that are just the icing to my cake. BDb
I'm typically a Free-For-All kind of girl; for non-CoD fans, that's where everyone in the game tries to kill everyone else. No teams or anything. I jump in a lobby the other night with about eight people, where a group of three or four guys are chatting it up -- the guys who, I notice, are typically scoring the highest in these matches (NOTE that one of them was a quick-scoper, which is a basically a glitch-riding cheater).
So we start playing, and I kill those guys several times -- the third or fourth time I kill this one guy, he exclaims in a fit of anger,
"OH MY GAWD. That guy, Sanguino or whatever, is running around with dual FMGs and camping in the house! B( That is SO GAY."
Ahahaha okay.
A: My gamertag is SanguinaryTrio. He was pronouncing it like "San-gwee-no."
B: You can't run around AND camp at the same time, genius.
C: I wasn't camping.
D: YOU actually SOUND GAY -- I still think you are -- so wtf are you doing calling ME gay?
And EVERY. TIME. I KILLED HIM after that, he had to complain and moan about it. Each game after that, I finished in third place or higher, and guess what, he COMPLAIIIIINED, saying my name wrong every time. In between bouts of tooting his own horn, that is -- "I TOTALLY start each match with, like, 12 to 1 sniping, but then I get killed a lot." "I have, like, six friend invites in my inbox right now. I'm popular or something."
...yeaaaah.

And one time I killed him and he exploded with "OH MY GAWD. I'm standing here with a sniper rifle and SANGUINO comes up and kills me with, like, a friggin' machine gun or something."

Sigh.
A: Congratulations, you know what a MG is.
B: I do believe the aim of the game is to, you know, kill each other. Why do I get called out for actually doing it? ...Eeeeevery time?
C: ...wtf why are you using a SNIPER RIFLE at Dome?? YOU'RE NOT EVEN QUICK-SCOPING.
So I FINALLY grab my mic, about to get on and reveal that I AM A GIRL (because lmfao that always gets the BEST REACTIONS), but those guys jumped out right a second later, so. Ah, well.
Still, all's well that ends well; each and every time, I placed higher than the Primary Whiner, SO
